Join the OPTIMUS Foundation on Monday, June 12th, 2023, on the breathtaking, championship Aspetuck Valley Country Club golf course in Weston, Connecticut.
Proceeds will assist OPTIMUS Foundation, Inc. in supporting OPTIMUS Health Care, Inc. programs that promote the health and social welfare of the underserved community focusing on women, infants and children with a special emphasis on mental health. Sponsorship opportunities for SWING FORE! OPTIMUS may include: program and social media advertisements; opening and/or closing remarks; golf foursomes; tee sponsors; choice of shotgun starting hole; and additional dinner guests as defined by sponsorship level. The event includes golf on the spectacular and private Aspetuck Country Club.
OPTIMUS Health Care, Inc. founded in 1976 as the Bridgeport Community Health Center, operates health centers in Bridgeport, Stamford, Stratford and Milford. OPTIMUS Health Care provides primary medical, dental and behavioral health services for approximately 50,000 patients, accounting for nearly 230,000 visits annually

Lunch will be served promptly by 11 AM, immediately followed by a 12 PM shotgun start. We end the day with cocktails at 4:30 PM, followed by a celebratory dinner, with an open bar.
